What to expect at SHRC

Medical Records:

Patients should bring all relevant medical records, prescriptions, and investigation reports at the time of admission.

Medicines:

Patients and their attendants must carry a list of all medications currently being taken.

Valuables:

We request that patients and attendants leave valuables such as jewellery, electronic devices, extra cash, and cards at home.

Attendant Policy:

Only one attendant per patient is allowed at all times for patient care and comfort.

Point of Contact:

We ask that families designate one primary contact person for all inquiries related to the patient's health, medical updates, and billing.

Visitor Guidelines:

To minimize the risk of infection and ensure patient comfort, we kindly request that the number of visitors be limited.

Visiting Hours

Wards:

Visiting hours are from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily.

ICU:

Visiting hours for the ICU are from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily.

Children:

Visitors below the age of 12 are not permitted in the hospital.
